When are passes no longer available?Advance ticket sales stop midnight on Wednesday, two days before the start of the festival.

When do single day passes go on sale?Single day passes will be available online one month before the festival. Single day passes are sold at the gate.

When do I get my passes?All Presale passes are mailed two weeks prior to the event. If staying at the McLure Hotel, your pass will be available at the McLure Hotel upon check-in.

Do passes sell out?Passes have not sold out in the past. To gaurantee entry to the Heritage Music BluesFest purchase your passes HERE.

How much is a child's ticket?Children 12 and under, accompanied by an adult, are admitted free of charge. Children older than 12 will need an individual ticket for admission.

Can I come and go as I please?Yes, your pass includes a HMBF wristband that allow you to enter and exit as you wish during festival hours.

Do you offer Hotel Packages?The McLure Hotel is the official HMBF host hotel. You can contact them directly for Festival Packages and find other hotels that offer HMBF discounts on our Hotel page.

Are there reserved seat passes?No. The Heritage Music BluesFest provides festival style seating in the amphitheatre, but does not guarantee a seat to all guests.

Do I need to bring a chair?You may bring your own chair, if you wish; however, folding chairs are provided in the amphitheater.

Are coolers allowed?Small coolers that fit under your chair are allowed. All bags and coolers are subject to search. No glass containers or alcohol may be brought into the Heritage Port Amphitheater.

Is food and beverage available at the festival?Yes, reasonably priced food and beverage are for sale at the festival.

Could the festival be canceled due to weather?Only the most extreme weather circumstances that could threaten the safety of attendees will result in cancellation.

What kind of bathroom facilities are available?There are well-maintained restrooms at the WesBanco Arena located on Water Street at the south end of the festival, as well as portable facilities at the North end.

Is the venue handicap accessible?Yes. The Heritage Port Amphitheater is wheelchair accessible. If additional assistance is needed please alert an HMBF volunteer at the main gate.

Are pets allowed?Small pets are allowed but must remain on leash at all times and are only permitted in the outside grassy perimeter of the amphitheater. Please clean up after your dog and be mindful of other pets in the area.

Are umbrellas allowed?Yes, umbrellas are permitted but please be respectful to guests behind and around you. Large shade umbrellas are only permitted in the outer grassy perimeter.

Is smoking permitted?The Heritage Port Amphitheater is a smoke-free facility.

Where can I park my car?There is no designated festival parking in Downtown Wheeling. Mobility Impaired Accessible parking spots are on 12th St between Water and Main Streets at a first-come basis. Free on-street parking in downtown Friday after 4 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday. There are privately owned surface lots available throughout downtown and the Byrd Intermodal Parking Garage is located at 14th and Main.
